Water Testing

At Heaver Tropics, we can test the quality of your aquarium or pond water using the 'Sera Test'.
We can carry out a health check; plant check; algae check or even a tap water check.

The test usually consists of at least 8 different tests which are carried out manually - while you wait.
We then input all the results into our computer and you receive a comprehensive print out detailing a total 
score of the quality and also recommendations on how to achieve perfect conditions, all for only £2.00 for
Tropical, Coldwater or Pond and £3.00 for Marine.

The computer sets up your own file and gives previous results every time you have your water tested. All
that we require is a jam jar of your water and the dimensions of your aquarium or pond.

We find that this test is very good at finding ongoing problems with customers' aquarium or ponds; for example stopping the growth of unsightly blanket weed in ponds, or reducing the general hardness in tropical aquariums for the longer lives of tetra fish.

Most customers having their water tested for the first time usually get a score of 80% from Sera test - but after only a few weeks of re-testing scores reach 100%....being the perfect environment for your fish.
